The Founding Membership campaign served as a means to connect with the West Adams community while expanding The Gathering Spot LA community. Those who joined TGS prior to the closure of the Founding Membership period were given exclusive perks and invited to the Founding Member Affair.

 

With complete creative control over this campaign, touchpoints included 7 uniquely designed emails to grab the subscribers’ attention—achieving a 40% open rate—along with a commemorative founding member jacket and patch, flyers and screen graphics for the LA club, and a founding member campaign ad. My partner and I successfully welcomed 1,000+ new members through website signups and generated over $500,000 in revenue, ending the campaign with a strong finish.
