For this project, I had the opportunity to lead the entire creative direction in collaboration with a team of two, while also managing various operational tasks for The Gathering Spot's 7-Year Gala. This casino-themed event was designed to commemorate TGS's significant milestone of seven successful years and express gratitude to the members who have contributed to this remarkable community.
 
With over 1,000 attendees, the evening’s festivities embraced the spirit of the casino with branded playing cards, luxe decor, and immersive details that brought the theme to life. Guests enjoyed a live DJ, a selection of delectable hors d’oeuvres, captivating performances by Lloyd and Sevyn Streeter, and bespoke cocktails crafted by BACARDÍ. The event was brought together through a cohesive visual identity, including the 7-year anniversary logo, save-the-date materials, event flyers, on-screen graphics, a themed photo op backdrop, and event-related emails—which achieved a 23% open rate, outperforming industry averages.
